Online Language Support (OLS) is available for all students going abroad with Erasmus+ from 2015 onwards.
Erasmus+ aims to support students in developing their language skills. Language tests and tutored online language courses are used to measure and support language skills and development in 29 working languages.
The service is free of charge for all participants and is funded by the European Union for all countries participating in the Erasmus+ programme.
Further information and access to the OLS tool will be provided by the EU ServicePoint after successful application.
The language tests are intended to document the development of your language skills during the traineeships. They are expressly not a prerequisite for funding and are not selective.
According to the new EU guidelines, Erasmus+ scholarship holders are normally required to take the language test, but due to technical problems, participation is currently voluntary.
